3D digital models
We deliver fully coordinated digital models that allow designs to be tested, refined and clearly communicated to all our clients and can provide illustrative sketches and perspectives for presentations, social media publication and press releases. Digital models help clients, stakeholders and project teams understand space, light and materiality long before construction begins.
BIM
All our projects are produced in BIM (Building Information Model) using Autodesk REVIT. Full 3D and BIM capabilities mean we can coordinate projects, from the smallest to the largest, so that any potential clashes can be detected and resolved before starting on site. Using BIM has enabled us to reduce errors, waste and time on site. At the same time, BIM allows follow on Facilities Management functions (using COBie data) for commercial clients to work seamlessly on handover.
Visualisations
We can extract fully rendered views in colour and 3D printed physical models of projects to communicate clearly the design at each stage of design development. Walk-throughs and aerial fly-overs are optional services which improve the understanding of the design and are effective tools for stakeholder engagement and community consultation.
