We lead the design process from concept through to delivery acting as architect, Principal Designer and design team lead on most projects. Our role is to coordinate consultants and keep clients informed at every RIBA stage. By working with trusted engineers and specialists, we establish a cohesive team focused on shared outcomes. This ensures that design intent, cost and programme remain aligned, giving our clients confidence that projects are progressing in a structured and controlled way.
Process & Control

From Design & Construction to Completion
Following planning approval, we continue to lead the construction coordination through technical development and delivery. We coordinate the full consultant team, provide contract administration services and work with trusted contractors to ensure the design is finalised before construction begins. Acting in the role of RIBA Building Regulations and CDM Principal Designer where required, we support compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This approach minimises changes on site, protects quality and ensures buildings are delivered as intended, performing well in use and maintaining long-term value.
